Yes, the full amount of the bag is insured in the event of loss or breakage during transport. So you can buy with confidence.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but in general you can expect to receive your luxury bag within 7 business days

Absolutely ! Once your bag is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the delivery status of your order online.

If your luxury bag is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to provide us with photos of the damage so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

  • Do you offer free returns for luxury bags?

Yes, we offer returns at the customer's expense (if the item has no defects, see general conditions) for luxury bags within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please see our returns policy for further details. However, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, we offer a 12 month warranty on all our luxury bags against manufacturing defects. Please see our warranty policy for further details.

  • Do luxury bags come with their original box and accessories?

It depends, it's case by case. We do our best to find items most often in full set (original box / dustbag / authenticity card) unfortunately it happens that some are without these accessories or partially without. However, all our bags are issued with a Lola Collective certificate of authenticity following the authentication of each piece upon arrival.

  • Do you offer promotions or discounts on luxury bags?

We occasionally offer promotions and discounts on select luxury bags. We invite you to subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of upcoming special offers.

  • Can I reserve a luxury bag and pay for it later?

We can actually make reservations with a deposit of 5% of the amount of the bag and for a maximum of 14 days. If the final order has not been finalized within 14 days, the customer loses his deposit.
The luxury bags are available for purchase online and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved. When making a reservation it will be marked as unavailable on the website. This request can be made via our networks or by email to info@lola-cares.com

  • Do you offer repair services for damaged luxury bags?

We do not offer in-house repair services, but we can recommend craftsmen who specialize in repairing luxury bags. Please contact us for additional information.

  • Is it possible to return a luxury bag purchased on sale or on promotion?
